If you like order, people and high quality guest service, we invite you to join the team and lead the Housekeeping Department in two Kaunas hotels - ibis and ibis Styles.
Main responsibilities:
Main responsibilities:
- Manage the activities of the room department and ensure smooth daily work;
- Assemble, motivate and develop the room department team;
- Plan employee schedules, organize daily work and control their performance;
- Ensure high standards of room cleanliness, order and guest service;
- Analyze department results and look for ways to increase operational efficiency;
- Cooperate with other hotel departments to ensure a smooth guest experience from arrival to departure;
- Resolve non-standard situations and ensure professional management of guest needs and complaints;
- Contribute to process improvement and hotel performance.
Employee requirements
We expect from you:
- Leadership or similar experience in the hospitality field;
- Ability to inspire a team and be its leader not only "on paper";
- Excellent organizational and communication skills;
- Orientation to the guest, results and quality;
- Ability to make decisions quickly and remain calm in a dynamic environment;
- Good English; knowledge of other foreign languages is an advantage;
- Positive attitude, responsibility and desire to create a good atmosphere in the team.
