Nature of work
- Organize and coordinate the work of room service, laundry, and grounds maintenance;
- Distribute daily tasks to employees based on hotel occupancy;
- Control the cleanliness and order of rooms, corridors, public spaces, and other assigned areas;
- Check the quality of prepared rooms and ensure compliance with established standards;
- Create work schedules for room service employees and plan staff needs;
- Organize the induction of new employees, training, and quality control of work;
- Resolve daily issues related to employees, room preparation, and guest needs;
- Control the balance of cleaning products, bedding, towels, inventory, and other supplies;
- Order supplies necessary for work in a timely manner and control their use;
- Coordinate the transfer of information between room service, reception, and other hotel departments;
- Control compliance with employee safety and health requirements;
- Provide information about the organization of room service work, staff needs, and problems that have arisen.
Employee requirements
- Experience in the hotel, cleaning or service sector;
- Experience in management or coordination of employee work;
- Ability to plan employee work and create work schedules;
- Ability to delegate tasks and control their implementation;
- Good organizational and communication skills;
- Responsibility, diligence and attention to detail;
- Ability to independently make decisions and resolve emerging situations;
- Knowledge of Russian and English;
- Higher or higher education.
