Housekeeping Shift Manager

Room order and cleanliness;
Organizing the work of room attendants/housekeepers, distributing daily tasks;
Controlling the work of room attendants/housekeepers, ensuring that the standards in force in the company are met;
Solving operational problems;
Communication with team members;
You will boldly take on leadership and be an example to colleagues.

Work schedule - long/short week, from 8 am to 8 pm. WORK EXPERIENCE IN HOUSEKEEPING IS REQUIRED.

The rapidly growing and modern GRADIALI hotel is strengthening its team and inviting responsible, diligent and motivated employees to join the position of Chief Housekeeper (Chief Housekeeper).

In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining high-quality rooms and common areas, ensuring cleanliness standards and coordinating the work of the room staff. This is an important position that contributes to the guest experience and the formation of the hotel's image.

Work location - in Palanga. FREE DELIVERY FROM KLAIPĖDA (PC MOLAS, PC AKROPOLIS).
