Frame Modular House Production Process Manager

Practical experience in frame construction: Deep technological understanding of production stages and ability to objectively assess the quality of work performed and time costs.

Leadership experience: Successful experience in managing production teams, ability to clearly set priorities and demand maximum results from subordinates.

Professionalism: Strong communication skills, ability to maintain boundaries of subordination, loyalty to company values and business goals.

Analytical thinking: Excellent reading of structural and architectural drawings, ability to foresee possible technical errors before production begins.

Optimization of production processes: Continuous monitoring of production cycles, identification of downtime, streamlining of processes and increasing labor productivity in the production hall.

Team management and performance control: Daily delegation of tasks to production employees, ensuring labor discipline and safety and strict orientation to the timely execution of production schedules.

Financial evaluation of solutions: Management of production processes through the prism of costs. Reduction of raw material waste, prevention of defects and direct contribution to the optimization of production costs.

Technical supervision of production stages: Full control of processes according to technological requirements: from wall frame assembly, installation of sealing films and windows/doors to premium finishing (installation of siding, corner alignment, edge formation and sheet metal work).

Quality assurance (QA): Intermediate and final acceptance of each production stage according to project documentation.

Subordination and collaboration: The position reports directly to the Project and Company Managers. In your daily work, you will also closely collaborate with the Project Designer, ensuring the implementation of visual and aesthetic solutions in production.

Leadership by personal example: We expect you to be an active participant in production, setting an example of high work ethics, professionalism and productivity for the entire team. This position is intended for a dynamic manager who does not observe processes from the side, but is directly involved in solving problems on the production floor.

Pro-process involvement: The ability to promptly identify disruptions in production flows and ensure a smooth production cycle with your practical knowledge and actions. We also expect a responsible approach to the integration of less experienced employees, their technological training and continuous team qualification improvement.
