Hot Food Sales Group Manager

We are looking for an experienced Category Leader to lead the Hot Food and Coffee category in our gas station network throughout Lithuania. This is a strategic, independent position with direct impact on business results.
Your responsibilities:

You will develop the strategy, goals and development plans for the Hot Food and Coffee category;
You will manage the category's sales, gross profit, recipe cost and write-offs;
You will create and manage the product portfolio: Good Food sandwiches, hot dogs, coffee, pastries, ice cream, sorbets, juices and products from other suppliers;
You will organize the development and introduction of new products: from idea to testing and evaluation;
You will set pricing and promotions, coordinate campaigns with the marketing department;
You will negotiate with suppliers of food raw materials, coffee and other suppliers;
You will analyze the market, competitors and consumer needs;
You will lead the Hot Food team;
Together with the HR department, you will monitor compliance with production standards, refrigerators and bun filling at gas stations;
Initiate equipment investments and justify their business benefits;
Deputize for the department head during his absence.

Higher university education (management, economics, food technology or similar field);
At least 5 years of experience in category management, commerce or retail; of which at least 2 years in the food, HoReCa or foodservice field;
Experience in sales, profitability and supplier management;
Understanding of the foodservice and coffee market and competitors;
Advanced user knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel); data analysis tools (e.g. Qlik);
Knowledge of order management system will be an advantage (Leafio);
Lithuanian and English at B2 level;
Leadership experience, ability to motivate and build an effective team;
Category B driver's license.

Salary 3,300 – 4,500 Eur/month (gross), depending on competence and experience;
