Your responsibilities in the team:
- I will consult customers by phone about bank services and products (without "cold" calls);
- You will open and administer payment accounts of individuals, ensuring smooth and high-quality service;
- You will assist customers with payment issues: instant and international payments, e-banking;
- I will administer debit and credit cards - their issuance, replacement, limit issues and consulting;
- I will consult customers on savings solutions: savings and term deposits;
- You will work with the creation, administration and extension of deposits;
- You will solve customers' daily financial situations and cooperate with other bank departments;
- You will contribute to the improvement of processes and services;
- Together with the team, you will achieve sales goals, offering customers the most suitable solutions.
