Your main tasks:
- Enter cash receipts and expenses in the business management system, prepare cash for collection;
- Control the registration of cash receipts and settle receipt amounts with customer debts;
- Check store cash registers and prepare their summaries;
- Calculate wages and advances, prepare spreadsheets, cost center reports, settlement slips, export payments to the banking system;
- Account for executive orders and make deductions from wages;
- Submit forms to Sodra (employment and dismissal of employees, SAM, incapacity for work, non-insurance periods) and STI (annual income declarations).
What do we expect from you:
- Education in accounting, economics or finance;
- Skills in working with a business management system and MS Excel;
- Knowledge of the regulations on wages, GPM, "Sodra" contributions and cash transactions;
- Attentiveness, accuracy and the ability to independently solve work issues;
- Good cooperation and work organization skills, polite communication;
- Advantage: experience in payroll or accounting in a manufacturing or trading company.
