Your responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a pet category development strategy to achieve growth and profitability.
- Analyze market trends, competitive environment and consumer needs to ensure optimal assortment.
- Negotiate with suppliers on purchasing terms, prices, promotions and long-term partnership agreements.
- Develop and implement pricing strategies to ensure competitiveness and customer loyalty.
- Plan offers, promotions and discounts for customers to promote sales and increase loyalty, in cooperation with the marketing team.
- Analyze sales results, prepare reports and provide insights for performance improvement.
- Initiate innovations and trend updates, applying them to the company's pet category.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience in category management (preferably in the pet sector).
- Ability to analyze market trends, sales data and make data-driven decisions.
- Negotiation skills and experience in cooperating with suppliers and forming purchasing strategies.
- Strategic and analytical thinking, results-oriented.
- Ability to effectively plan work, manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, ability to work with different departments.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and other analytical tools; advantage - experience working with ERP systems
