Your workday will look like this:
- Full responsibility for the educational product category – from idea to final result in the market
- Management and development of the existing product portfolio (100+ products)
- Management of product development, production and logistics processes
- Management of the work of the team, external partners and suppliers to achieve the set goals on time
- Analysis of financial and performance indicators and decision-making based on data
You will also contribute to:
- Initiation and development of new products and projects
- Planning and implementation of marketing campaigns
- Negotiations with trading partners and suppliers
We hope you:
- You have a higher education and 3 or more years of successful product, project or category management experience
- You are able to plan, manage processes, coordinate team work and ensure results
- You are accurate, attentive to details and adhere to high work standards
- You are independent, take responsibility for the final result and adhere to agreements
- You have analytical thinking, are able to make decisions based on data and are willing to delve into products and activities
- You are able to communicate in English (written and oral), Russian is an advantage
