What tasks are waiting for you?
- Develop and implement assigned category and brand development strategies in priority markets;
- Initiate and coordinate market and consumer research necessary for both category and brand development;
- Develop brand positioning, communication strategy and visual identity and ensure their consistency across all markets and channels;
- Analyze market trends, category dynamics and consumer needs, evaluate sales results, develop insights and make data-driven decisions;
- Initiate and develop new products – from idea to market launch, strengthening competitiveness in the category;
- Manage the category assortment, ensuring an effective product portfolio;
- Create and coordinate integrated marketing campaigns (ATL and BTL measures, event and HoReCa strategies and packages of measures), plan and effectively manage the brand marketing budget;
- I worked closely with other company departments (sales, supply, production), external partners and agencies.
What do we expect from you?
- Successful work experience in the FMCG sector, creating and developing brands and (or) categories;
- Teamwork and the ability to effectively cooperate with other departments of the company and external partners;
- Ability to analyze data and make decisions based on insights;
- Strong communication and presentation skills;
- Higher education in marketing, management or a related field;
- Excellent knowledge of English (verbal and written);
- Strategic thinking, initiative, creativity and responsibility.
