Nature of work:
- Manage assigned product categories – from assortment formation to sales results;
- Analyze product technical properties, delve into product specifications and constantly expand knowledge about products in managed categories;
- Consult the sales team on product technical issues and help select solutions that meet customer needs;
- Negotiate with suppliers on prices, payment terms and commercial conditions;
- Form and manage category pricing, analyze the market situation and ensure category profitability;
- Plan and manage product orders and stock levels;
- Analyze sales, profitability and other performance indicators and make data-based decisions.
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience in category management or purchasing (not necessarily in the home appliance sector - experience in other categories may also be available);
- Interest in technology and a desire to delve into the technical characteristics of products and constantly expand knowledge about the managed product categories;
- Ability to analyze performance indicators (profitability, inventory management, sales) and make data-based decisions;
- Analytical thinking and result orientation;
- Good skills in working with Microsoft Excel (Pivot tables, formulas, etc.);
- Good knowledge of English, necessary for communication with international suppliers (Lithuanian is mandatory).
