CATHODICAL PROTECTION ENGINEER

We are currently looking for a new team member for the Gas Network Operation DTEK-II team. In this position, you will be responsible for the scheduled inspection of the protective coating of the gas pipeline and the maintenance of cathodic protection devices. You will contribute to the creation of a safe and green energy ecosystem:

• By maintaining and operating cathodic protection devices, ensuring their efficiency and safety;
• By organizing and controlling maintenance, repair and reconstruction works of gas pipelines and devices;
• By checking "GIS" data, preparing proposals and submitting reports on the work performed;
• By ensuring the orderly use of documentation, tools and materials and a safe working environment.

• Higher or higher non-university technical education (energy, electrical engineering, mechanics or similar field);
• Knowledge or willingness to learn about cathodic protection systems and corrosion prevention;
• Responsibility, diligence, result orientation;
• Good skills in working with MS Office;
• Ability to analyze technical data.

An advantage would be:

• Category B driver's license;
• Experience in gas pipeline maintenance / operation or other engineering field;
• Experience in working with GIS or similar systems;
• Knowledge of occupational safety requirements.

The range of the fixed salary for the position group is from 2080 to 3120 EUR (excluding taxes). The specific salary is offered taking into account work experience and competence. A variable remuneration component may be paid in addition to the salary.
