Main goal: To ensure safe, dignified and high-quality daily care for nursing home residents, helping them to perform actions that they cannot do themselves due to age or disability.

1. Daily assistance and hygiene:

Personal hygiene: Assistance with washing, dressing, combing or performing other hygiene procedures.

Feeding: Assistance with eating (if the resident cannot do it himself), ensuring a drinking regime and setting the table.

Mobility: Assistance with getting out of bed, transferring to a wheelchair, accompanying during walks or going to procedures.

2. Social and emotional support:

Communication: Emotional support, listening, help in maintaining contact with loved ones.

Adaptation: Helping newly arrived residents get used to the environment and daily routine.

3. Environmental care

Cleanliness: Maintaining the resident's living space (making beds, organizing closets, airing).
