1. Daily assistance and hygiene:
Personal hygiene: Assistance with washing, dressing, combing or performing other hygiene procedures.

Feeding: Assistance with eating (if the resident cannot do it themselves);

Mobility: Assistance with getting out of bed, transferring to a wheelchair, accompanying outdoors or to activities;

2. Social and emotional support:

Communication: Emotional support, listening, assistance in maintaining contact with loved ones.

Adaptation: Helping newly arrived residents get used to the environment and daily routine.

3. Environmental care

Cleanliness: Cleaning the resident's living space (making the bed, tidying up the closets, airing).

Clothing care: Assistance in sorting clothes for washing and their handling after washing.

4. Cooperation and monitoring

Health status: Prompt reporting of observed changes in physical or mental health (e.g., wounds, mood swings, loss of appetite) to a nurse or social worker.
