Kaunas - NORTHWAY ĮMONIŲ GRUPĖ

Nature of work:

  • Organize and coordinate the activities of the Kaunas Regional Medical Center, ensuring smooth processes and high quality of services;
  • Lead a team of ~70 employees (doctors, nurses, reception, administration), plan work and solve daily issues;
  • Plan and implement the center's income and profit budget, ensure the achievement of operational goals;
  • Form and monitor service pricing, ensuring operational profitability;
  • Organize employee selection and ensure team formation;
  • Analyze performance results, identify areas for improvement and implement solutions;
  • Implement service development and sales growth in the region;
  • Ensure compliance with quality, hygiene and medical activity requirements;
  • Cooperate with other departments and partners.

Requirements:

  • Higher education (in management, healthcare administration, medicine or related field);
  • At least 2-3 years of managerial work experience (an advantage - in the medical or service sector);
  • Good organizational and planning skills, ability to manage multiple processes;
  • Ability to analyze performance results and make decisions;
  • Team management experience (motivation, work organization);
  • Good communication skills, responsibility and result orientation.

Salary

5455-6612 €/mon. gross
+annual bonuses for achieved results.
Final salary will depend on the candidate's experience.
