We are looking for a person of action – a Shift Manager, who not only manages the team perfectly, but also inspires it to work 100% from the very first shift!
Your mission:
🍗 Lead the team and ensure the smooth running of the shift;
🍗 Monitor that everything is done according to KFC standards – cleanliness, speed, quality;
🍗 Motivate colleagues and create a positive atmosphere;
🍗 Resolve situations “here and now” so that guests leave with a smile

🍗 You speak Lithuanian fluently and English well.
