About the position
We are looking for an experienced and results-oriented Regional Manager for Cash Management (Collection) Services,
who would be responsible for coordinating the team and ensuring operational efficiency in the Kaunas region.

Main responsibilities:
- Lead a team of collection specialists in the region, ensure the quality and results of their work;
- Organize the work of the money conversion center employees;
- Ensure effective and smooth organization and supervision of the regional fleet;
- Create work schedules and fill out timesheets;
- Prepare reports and make suggestions to improve work efficiency;
- Ensure compliance with legal requirements and company policy;
- Cooperate with clients and partners, maintain long-term relationships;
- Participate in strategic planning and regional activity development processes.
Employee requirements
- At least 2-3 years of managerial experience (in the field of collection, security - an advantage);
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills;
- Ability to analyze data and make decisions;
- Ability to mobilize a team, motivate it and ensure effective leadership;
- Responsibility, organization, result orientation;
- Good computer skills (MS Office, etc.);
- Driver's license (category B);
- Security guard license with the right to carry weapons - an advantage.
