Responsibilities:
- Plan, control and manage logistics terminal services and processes in the Kaunas region (including Marijampolė and Alytus).
- Ensure efficient execution of daily logistics operations.
- Lead the terminal team (logistics managers, couriers, sorters, etc.), take care of their training and development (about 200 employees).
- Ensure the quality of services provided, customer satisfaction and fulfillment of financial obligations.
- Monitor and continuously improve terminal performance indicators (KPIs).
- Resolve emerging problems and customer complaints.
- Collect data, analyze performance results, initiate improvement measures.
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers, suppliers, distributors, subcontractors and other business partners.
- Comply with applicable legislation, safety requirements and other regulations.
- Lead the team, inspire and cooperate to achieve the best results.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement and customer focus within the team.
Requirements:
- Higher university education (Bachelor's or Master's degree) in supply chain management, transport, economics, business administration, engineering or similar field.
- At least 5 years of management experience in logistics, operations or terminal management (e.g. in the positions of logistics manager, operations manager, terminal manager).
- Experience in leading large teams.
- Ability to analyze performance indicators and make data-based decisions.
- Experience in the development and implementation of logistics processes.
- Ability to systematically achieve set performance indicators (KPIs).
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Clear and correct verbal and written communication.
- Experience in implementing new processes, working with ERP and warehouse management systems.
- Diligence, analytical thinking, good calculation and financial planning skills.
- Very good knowledge of English (verbal and written).
