Your responsibilities:
- Ensure high quality customer service in the Kaunas region and effective organization of daily activities;
- Achieve the planned sales and profitability goals of the region;
- Actively contribute to the development and implementation of the company's development strategy in the Kaunas region;
- Initiate and develop new sales projects and attract large customers;
- Ensure smooth management of both small customer service and project sales processes;
- Develop, motivate and organize the work of subordinate employees, ensuring responsibility for results;
- Analyze the results of the region's activities, provide proposals for improving processes and operational efficiency;
- Cooperate with the company's management in implementing operational and process improvement initiatives.
What do we expect from you:
- Result orientation and responsibility for team performance;
- Successful experience in developing a business in the Kaunas region;
- Strategic thinking and the ability to make decisions independently;
- Successful experience in managing a company unit (an advantage);
- Category B driver's license.
