What will you do?
- Implement internal training programs, conduct training for both groups and individuals
- Initiate training covering sales, customer service, and strengthening consulting skills
- Continuously strengthen the competencies of BITĖ salon managers and inspire them to achieve the highest results
- Introduce sales teams to product, system, and process innovations and help them successfully apply them in daily activities
What do we expect?
- You have accumulated experience in active sales and customer service
- You are characterized by charisma, energy, and creativity
- You are able to motivate and build relationships with people
- You are result-oriented
- You know how to keep the audience's attention and present information in an interesting way
- You have experience in leading training or leading a team (a big advantage)
