What will you do?
- Your main job is to conduct coaching and practical simulations that help consultants improve their sales and service skills
- You will conduct internal training for consultants - both group and individual
- You will initiate and organize training related to sales, customer service and improving the quality of conversations
- You will constantly develop consultants' competencies, help them achieve goals and motivate them for productive work
- You will share relevant information with the team about changes in products, systems and processes
What do we expect?
- You have accumulated active sales and customer service experience
- You are characterized by charisma, energy and creativity
- You are able to motivate and build relationships with people
- You are result-oriented
- You know how to keep the audience's attention, present information in an interesting way
- You have experience in conducting training or leading a team (a big advantage)
