Head of the Kaunas region

The SENJORO program of one of the largest non-governmental organizations, the Public Institution “National Institute of Social Integration”, aims to make positive old age a reality for Lithuanian seniors. SENJORO is currently inviting another colleague who believes in the ideas of beautiful old age to join its team – the head of the Kaunas region. Kaunas region serves more than 600 seniors in nine municipalities. The regional team consists of more than 120 individual care workers and 9 administration employees.

Main functions of the position:

– Ensure smooth and high-quality provision of senior social services in Kaunas region, following the methodology and quality standard of positive old age;
– Ensure smooth work of the team of service coordinators and social workers, who coordinate the teams of individual care workers;
– Plan and implement the financial plan of the region;
– Contribute to the development of the organization’s strategy and ensure its smooth implementation in the Kaunas region in order to achieve agreed performance indicators;
– Plan and organize activities and initiate other actions that promote the strengthening of the organization;
– Ensure the smooth implementation of projects taking place in the Kaunas region.
– Cooperate with the Kaunas and Marijampolė county municipal administrations;
– Carry out service development;
– Other tasks consistent with the organization’s strategy.
