Kaunas Regional Operations Manager

Ensure the smooth operation of several restaurants in Kaunas city;
Organize and control daily restaurant operations;
Analyze performance results and ensure implementation of set goals;
Form, motivate and develop the work of restaurant managers and teams;
Ensure high quality of customer service and compliance with operating standards;
Control personnel selection, work organization and working time processes;
Cooperate with suppliers, administration and other company departments;
Ensure compliance with hygiene, food safety and other legal requirements;
Initiate solutions to improve operations and contribute to the development of the restaurant network.

Ability to effectively organize the activities of several departments and manage a team;
Excellent leadership, communication and problem-solving skills;
Ability to analyze performance indicators and make decisions based on results;
Responsibility, initiative and independence;
Good computer skills;
Knowledge of the labor law, hygiene and food safety requirements of the Republic of Lithuania;
Category B driver's license;
Knowledge of Russian and/or English;
Supervisory experience in the restaurant business is an advantage.
Work experience in the catering sector is required.
