Kaunas Senior Social Worker/Coordinator

The SENJORO organization (www.senjoro.lt) provides social services to more than 2,000 seniors – home help and day social care – in as many as 32 Lithuanian municipalities. We are constantly growing and, together with a team of more than 500 employees, we strive to make positive old age a part of the everyday life of all seniors in Lithuania.

We will entrust the following responsibilities to the new team member:

• Ensuring the quality of services provided – assisting individual care workers in solving client problems, strengthening the team by organizing meetings, training or using other means;
• Human resources management – searching, selecting and coordinating individual care personnel;
• Communication with clients – seniors and their relatives;
• Document administration – preparing reports and letters to the municipality, signing contracts with clients, tracking performance indicators;
• Implementation, planning and implementation of senior activities in the Kaunas region.
