CAFE AND BISTRO MANAGER

"Ateik Ateik" cafe and "Vasara" bistro are looking for a manager with experience in catering and leading a team. The position involves organizing and coordinating the activities of two locations. The pace of work is intense in the summer, calmer in the cold season.

Main responsibilities
  • Organizing team work and creating schedules.
  • Selecting and training new employees.
  • Coordinating the work of the kitchen, bar and hall.
  • Ensuring smooth daily activities, quality and order.
  • Controlling product orders, balances and write-offs.
  • Solving guest and daily non-standard situations.

What do we expect?
  • Experience in catering and in a leadership position.
  • Ability to organize a team and make decisions quickly.
  • Responsibility, independence and initiative.
  • Understanding of kitchen, bar and service processes.
