What are you going to do?
- You will manage a team of 12-14 people, including the bar and kitchen.
- You will organize the daily activities of the cafe, take care of the smooth work of the team, the quality of food, drinks and service.
- You will work together with the team behind the bar for about 50% of your working time - preparing coffee, serving guests and helping during peak times.
- The rest of your working time will be spent on managing the cafe: schedules, team development, orders and process improvement.
- You will participate in the selection of new team members, take care of their introduction and training.
- You will provide feedback, resolve daily situations and help the team improve.
- You will monitor the balance of goods, orders and preparation for daily work.
- You will notice what we can do better and take the initiative to implement changes.
What do we expect from you?
- Experience in a cafe, restaurant or other catering establishment.
- Ability to organize teamwork, clearly allocate responsibilities and make decisions.
- Ability to mobilize a team, provide constructive feedback and solve more complex situations.
- Understanding of bar, kitchen and customer service processes.
- Independence, initiative and a responsible approach to work.
- Attention to detail, food, beverage and service quality.
- Willingness to work with a team, not just lead it.
- Leadership experience is a great advantage, but your skills and attitude are no less important.

Monday–Friday: 7:00–20:00
Saturday–Sunday: 8:00–20:00

About half of the working time you will work together with the team behind the bar – in the mornings, evenings or weekends, when your help is most needed.
The rest of the working time will be devoted to café management and organizational work, some of which you will be able to do remotely.
