Nature of work
- Consult customers of coffee machines on issues of use and maintenance, malfunction;
- Register coffee machine failures;
- Order parts for repair from suppliers;
- Coordinating the work of the coffee machine technicians, distributing them;
- Prepare internal reports;
- Prepare shipping documents, etc.
- Administer stocks of coffee machine parts;
- Control the technical status of HoReCa coffee shops;
- Maintain HoReCa coffee machines, troubleshoot.
Employee requirements
- Experience in repairing equipment;
- Good communication skills;
- Knowledge of English;
- Good computer skills;
- Personal qualities: prudence, organization, discipline, flexibility, responsibility, optimism.
