Nature of work
- Working with specialty coffee: preparing espresso and filter coffee and ensuring quality;
- Serving guests, creating a high-level customer experience;
- Organizing team work, training and supervising baristas;
- Creating work schedules and controlling them;
- Planning raw material orders, receiving and maintaining balances;
- Creating new coffee recipes, drinks and improving the menu;
- Ensuring order in the coffee hall and workplace;
- Maintaining quality standards and implementing them in the team.
Employee requirements
- Leadership and team management skills;
- Barista experience;
- Good mood and a smile on your face :)
- Responsibility, organization and initiative;
- Motivation to improve and do your job to the best of your ability;
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment;
- Excellent customer service skills.
