- Car body repair and smoothing works.
- Assessment of car body damage and selection of repair method.
- Smoothing, straightening and restoration of damaged body elements.
- Restoration of body geometry and structure after traffic accidents.
- Replacement and adaptation of damaged body parts.
- Work with body damage of varying complexity.
- Preparation of the body for further repair and painting works.
- High-quality and thorough performance of work in accordance with repair technologies.
- Cooperation with the service manager and other service employees.
- Maintenance of the workplace and tools used.
Employee requirements
- Work experience in the field of passenger car body repair is required.
- Good knowledge of car body construction and repair technologies.
- Ability to independently assess body damage and choose the most appropriate repair method.
- Ability to perform high-quality body smoothing, straightening and restoration work.
- Experience in repairing cars damaged after traffic accidents is an advantage.
- Responsible attitude to the quality of work performed.
- Diligence, attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Ability to work in a team and cooperate with other service employees.
- Organization and a responsible attitude to the workplace and tools.
