Here you will be responsible for:

- Inspection of cars delivered for body repair;
- Acceptance of orders for car body repair;
- Preparation of repair cost estimates;
- Ordering spare parts;
- Planning car body repair;
- Explanation of completed repair work to the customer and issuing invoices;
- Management of customer database;
- Management of documents (accounts, personal data protection);
- Customer consulting - live and by phone.

We hope you:
- Knowledge of the requirements for repairing cars, their equipment and mechanisms;
- Have experience in planning and organizing car service work;
- Knowledge of Customer Service Standards;
- Have Higher/higher technical education (or are pursuing it);
- Able to communicate in English.
