You will be responsible for:
- Checking passengers' documents, baggage and checking them in for the flight.
- Providing information to passengers about flight changes.
- Working with airline check-in systems.
- Consulting passengers on flight-related issues.
- Performing other tasks.
In order for you to succeed, you will need:
- Willingness to work in a team.
- Helpfulness and sociability.
- Fluent communication in Lithuanian and English (at least B2 level).
- Ability to work in shifts (day and night).
- Willingness to grow, learn and improve.
- Experience in customer service (advantage).
