MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
- help passengers use the self-service equipment at the airport (self-service baggage, self-service non-standard baggage, passport control, etc.);
- regulate passenger flow queues at border service posts, in the departure hall or other terminal access points;
- provide information to passengers on infrastructure and flight issues;
- conduct periodic audits of terminal procedures, notice and inform about malfunctions;
- carry out the process of items found in the terminal.
IMPORTANT FOR THIS POSITION:
- experience in customer service or other related fields;
- sociability, positivity, excellent communication skills, flexibility and conflict management;
- good English language skills;
- at least secondary education;
- motivation to learn and improve in the field of aviation security;
- ability to work on a rotating shift schedule (including early and night hours);
- impeccable reputation according to the requirements of the Aviation Law of the Republic of Lithuania (checked before employment).
