A travel agency is looking for an energetic, responsible and charismatic tour leader - guide, ready to accompany tourists on bus trips around Lithuania.

A travel agency is looking for an energetic, responsible and charismatic tour leader - guide, ready to accompany tourists on bus trips around Lithuania.
Nature of work
- Group Escort: Coordination and care of tourist groups throughout the trip (from departure to return).
- Tour Leadership: Professional presentation of attractions, history and culture and engaging storytelling.
- Logistics Control: Supervision of the smooth implementation of the trip plan (transport, hotels, meals, museum tickets).
- Problem Solving: Prompt and calm resolution of challenges, unforeseen situations or conflicts that arise during the trip.
- Communication: Constant communication with local partners, drivers and local guides, museum staff.
Requirements
- Experience: At least 1-2 years of experience organizing or accompanying tourist groups on sightseeing tours.
- Education: Valid guide certificate (state accreditation is a great advantage, depending on the route).
- Personal qualities: Leadership, excellent communication skills, high empathy, punctuality and unwavering patience.
- Stress: Ability to maintain a cool head and make quick decisions in stressful or critical situations.
