Briefly about the position
🔵Orders and coordination: booking of flight tickets, hotels and car rentals on an urgent basis.
🔵Crisis management: resolving problems in the event of flight cancellations, transport delays or unexpected changes in the client's plans.
🔵Travel policy control: ensuring that all travel expenses and choices comply with the rules and budget set by the client's company.
🔵Document management: arranging visas, insurance, checking travel requirements and ensuring other necessary information;
🔵Financial benefits for clients: finding the most economical options, applying special corporate and contractual rates that help companies save money.
🔵Communication: maintaining professional relationships with business representatives and service providers.

🔵 High level of Amadeus system management skills (essential).
🔵 Experience in the tourism sector and knowledge of aviation regulations.

🔵 Fluent communication in Lithuanian and English.

🔵Fair remuneration: from 1500 Eur to 3000 Eur (gross), depending on the incentive bonuses.
🔵Opportunity to develop: if the customer flow is lower at night, we provide 1 hour during the shift to deepen knowledge.
