Job Description:
- Search, selection and sale of travel packages to clients.
- Preparation of individual travel offers according to client needs.
- Consulting clients by phone, e-mail and other communication channels.
- Execution and administration of travel reservations.
- Communication with tour operators and partners.
- Customer service from the first inquiry to the purchase of the trip.
Employee requirements
- Experience in travel sales or tourism is required.
- Experience working with the WAAVO reservation system is appreciated.
- Good knowledge of tour operators, destinations and hotels.
- Excellent sales, communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to independently organize work and achieve sales results.
- Knowledge of Lithuanian.
- Personal computer
