We are currently looking for a Travel Sales Expert to join our team, who will help our customers choose the most suitable vacation and ensure a smooth booking of their trip.

We are currently looking for a Travel Sales Expert to join our team, who will help our customers choose the most suitable vacation and ensure a smooth booking of their trip.

- You are knowledgeable about the tourism market, able to build long-term relationships with customers and love turning dreams into unforgettable trips.
- You are an energetic, positive and result-oriented person.
- You understand that a good result is not only the information provided, but also a smoothly completed sale and an excellent customer experience.
- You want to grow and develop, where your initiative and good work results will be noticed and appreciated.
Your main responsibilities:
- Working with travel sales of tour operators "Novaturos", "Coral Travel", "ANEX Tour", "Join UP!", "Tez Tour".
- You will consult with clients live, by e-mail and by phone.
- You will find out the needs of clients, look for the most suitable trips, prepare individual offers.
- You will actively work with the submitted offers, contact clients, answer questions and help them make the most suitable decision.
- I participated in the entire sales process - from the received inquiry to the start of the trip.
- You will carry out sales of additional services (travel insurance).
We hope that:
- Have at least 1 year of successful work experience in travel sales.
- You have excellent knowledge of popular travel destinations and tourism products.
- You are able to work independently, like to communicate with people.
- You have a university or higher education.
- You have good command of Lithuanian, English and Russian, both spoken and written.
- You are responsible, proactive and focused on the highest quality of customer service and excellent sales results.
