What tasks await:
- plan and organize road maintenance (summer and winter season) works, draw up schedules and routes;
- carry out timely task distribution to the team, control their implementation and effective work of subordinate employees, ensuring the requirements specified in the customer's contract;
- coordinate seasonal works: in winter - cleaning, spreading and slip prevention; in summer - maintenance of pavement, roadsides, signs and greenery;
- organize and manage emergency and urgent works (potholes, fallen signs, storm effects, etc.);
- if necessary, be on duty according to a pre-agreed schedule, ensuring prompt response;
- ensure the quality of work, perform intermediate and final inspections, eliminate non-conformities;
- carry out control over the implementation and inspection of standards;
- coordinate road maintenance works performed by subcontractors, communicate regularly, resolve emerging problems and evaluate performance results;
- comply with occupational health and safety, road safety and environmental protection requirements, supervise the implementation of temporary traffic restrictions, fencing off work areas;
- manage resources: equipment, tools, materials, fuel consumption and order requirements;
- manage work documentation, acts, journals, record information in systems;
- provide reports on work performed, resource use, problems and results.
We are looking for a colleague who:
- has at least a higher engineering education (an advantage is in the field of road engineering);
- has 2 years of work experience in road maintenance, construction or other areas related to the company's activities (an advantage is management experience);
- is a skilled user of the MS Office program package;
- is able to ensure smooth organization and planning of work, is proactive, responsible and easy to communicate with;
- has a category B driver's license;
- advantage - SSVA qualification certificate(s) (construction manager of a special structure and/or project manager of a special structure, project supervisor of a special structure. Structures - transportation communications).
