What tasks await:
WE CAN CREATE A JOB IN VARIOUS CITIES
- plan, organize and coordinate the implementation of several design projects, ensuring compliance with the established deadlines, budget and quality requirements;
- organize the work of the design team, distribute tasks, plan the team's employment and ensure efficient use of resources;
- create and manage design work schedules, monitor the progress of projects and control the execution of work;
- organize the selection of subcontractors and service purchases, coordinate and control the work they perform;
- ensure the fulfillment of contractual obligations, identify and manage project risks;
- maintain effective cooperation with project customers and other interested parties, ensure timely preparation and submission of project documentation;
- assess the scope of design work, risks and prepare cost estimates for design services for tenders;
- initiate and implement solutions to improve the efficiency of project management processes and team activities;
- coordinate the coordination of design solutions, project expertise, correction of received comments;
- manage project changes, the need for additional work and related communication with the customer.
We are looking for a colleague who:
- has a higher engineering education (preferably in the field of road engineering);
- has at least 1 year of experience as a project/part of a project manager in the field of transportation communications design;
- has good skills in using AutoCAD and other design programs;
- an advantage - a valid qualification certificate for a transportation communications project manager and project supervision manager;
- has excellent teamwork skills;
- is proactive, analytical and focused on high-quality results;
- has a category B driver's license;
- is able to manage several projects simultaneously, set priorities and make decisions independently;
- has good negotiation, business communication and conflict management skills.
