MAIN FUNCTIONS OF A WORK MANAGER: organization and coordination of work at construction sites; control of work performed; preparation of acts; filling in the construction works log; drawing up and filling in work schedules/tables. We are looking for a construction works manager in Vilnius and Vilnius district.
Employee requirements
Certificate of a special manager of construction works (residential and non-residential buildings);
Knowledge of construction technological processes;
The work experience of the works manager in organizing works;
Independence, organization, ability to lead;
Ability to read projects (drawings);
Category B driver's license.
