Nature of work
- Working at the tunnel oven, baking baguettes;
- Preparing the tunnel oven for work;
- Supervision and control of the baguette baking process;
- Monitoring the oven temperature, baking time and other set technological parameters;
- Control of the baguette baking process and technological parameters;
- Quality control, stacking and labeling of baked baguettes;
- Maintaining cleanliness and order in the workplace and near the equipment;
- Filling out production and baking documentation.
Employee requirements
- Experience in baking baguettes is an advantage (we train on site);
- Responsibility and diligence;
- Carefulness and diligence;
- Tidiness in the workplace;
- Ability to use technological equipment;
- Ability to comply with established technological parameters;
- Experience working on a tunnel oven is an advantage.
