Our client is a multinational company and a global leader in smart home solutions and consumer electronics. They are currently seeking an experienced and driven Key Account Manager to join their team and play a key role in strengthening their presence across the Baltic countries.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and develop strategic key accounts at a national level, identifying and maximizing all sales opportunities;
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers;
- Proactively network within local and national accounts to uncover new business opportunities;
- Ensure seamless collaboration with internal teams to deliver the highest level of customer service;
- Oversee order flow and ensure efficient and timely fulfillment;
- Lead regular monthly meetings with internal stakeholders to review account performance and strategy;
- Address and resolve customer queries and issues in a timely and professional manner;
- Take a proactive, solutions-oriented approach to account management;
- Initiate and lead meetings with key decision-makers within client organizations;
- Conduct regular business reviews to identify growth opportunities and drive sales performance.
Requirements:
- Higher education degree (preferred);
- Proven experience in FMCG or a similar sector;
- Strong track record in sales and business development;
- Excellent client relationship management skills;
- Established network with major customers and retailers in the Baltics;
- Strong leadership skills and ability to clearly communicate expectations;
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities;
- Fluent in English and Russia;
- Willingness to travel.
