About the company:
Stafferty's client is a company operating in the FMCG sector, working with major retail chains. We are currently recruiting an experienced Key Account Manager to join the team, who will be responsible for managing strategic clients, developing commercial relationships and growing sales in the Lithuanian market.
Nature of work:
- Maintain and develop cooperation with the largest Lithuanian retail chains: MAXIMA, RIMI, IKI, NORFA, LIDL and others.
- Conduct commercial negotiations with representatives and managers of retail chains regarding pricing, assortment, margins, discounts, promotions, marketing budgets and other terms of cooperation.
- Organize the introduction of new products and SKUs into retail chains, coordinate the conditions for inclusion in the assortment and ensure their successful positioning.
- Develop sales and product distribution, search for new business opportunities and increase sales to existing customers.
- Cooperate with supply chain and logistics departments of retail chains, solving issues of orders, forecasting, supply planning and inventory management.
- Analyze sales results, prepare forecasts, plan budgets and achieve set commercial goals.
- Create and maintain long-term, strategic relationships with key customers.
Requirements for the candidate(s):
- At least 2-3 years of successful work experience in the FMCG sector in the Lithuanian market, in the field of sales, key account management or sales management.
- Experience of successful cooperation with major Lithuanian retail chains.
- Established professional relationships with retail chain category managers, purchasing and commercial managers and other decision-makers.
- Experience in directly conducting commercial negotiations with management-level representatives.
- Understanding of retail chain supply chain and logistics processes, experience in cooperating with specialists responsible for these areas.
- Experience in introducing new products to retail chains and conducting annual commercial negotiations.
- Strong negotiation, commercial thinking, analytical and customer relationship management skills.
- Ability to work with sales data, forecasts, budgets and analytics.
- Knowledge of Lithuanian, Russian and English.
