Our client is currently strengthening its commercial team and is inviting a professional and experienced Key Account Manager to join them in Vilnius.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Maintain and develop relationships with major retail chains in Lithuania.
- Develop and implement sales strategies – both long-term and short-term.
- Perform market and competitive environment analysis, plan actions based on the insights received.
- Coordinate the sales process of the entire product basket.
- Negotiate on assortment, pricing, trading conditions and new product introduction.
- Cooperate with internal teams, to whom you will be able to entrust technical or operational tasks.
REQUIREMENTS:
- At least 2 years of experience in the field of KAM; an advantage is in the FMCG / food sector.
- Strong experience in working with retail chains, managing negotiations, commercial conditions, assortment and promotions.
- Able to independently take responsibility for the result and manage several large clients.
- You are a result-oriented, proactive person and able to make decisions quickly.
- Good knowledge of English.
