Bidfood is currently recruiting for an experienced Key Account Manager (KAM) for the HoReCa segment. The position is for an experienced HoReCa professional looking to move into a more strategic, managerial role – working in close synergy with procurement and contributing to long-term business development.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Management of strategic and large Lithuanian HoReCa clients and development of long-term partnerships: these clients usually have centralized purchasing structures
- Close cooperation with the purchasing team: assortment formation and development according to client needs, search and introduction of new products
- Preparation of commercial offers: from assortment formation and pricing to proposal presentation and negotiations with the client
- Analysis of customer basket and product portfolio in order to identify growth opportunities and optimize offers according to client needs
- Operational problem solving and coordination of complex situations, ensuring smooth cooperation
- Market visits, participation in exhibitions, organization of events and tastings and representation of the company
- Initiation and implementation of new projects, active involvement in changes and realization of growth and sales goals in the HoReCa segment
REQUIREMENTS:
- Experience in the HoReCa segment, B2B sales, working with commercial offers (from assortment formation to pricing justification)
- Good knowledge of English
- Strong negotiation skills and experience in pricing formation
- Analytical skills in assessing customer basket and sales indicators
- Ability to solve problems promptly
- Category B driver's license
