- Negotiations with customers and partners, coordination of commercial terms
- Search for new customers and identification of business opportunities
- Creation and development of strategic relationships with key customers
- Creation and implementation of sales plans
- Category development and identification of new business opportunities
- Management of the full sales cycle - from proposal to result
Employee requirements
- You have sales experience (B2B – an advantage)
- You have worked with retail clients and know their operating principles
- You have good negotiation and communication skills
- You know Lithuanian and speak English well and can communicate in Russian
- You are result-oriented and able to work independently
- You have initiative and look for solutions, not problems
