Nature of work
- Baltic market (LT/LV/EE) – work with retail chains, wholesalers and distributors. Assortment development, introductions, promo plans;
- Central Europe – work with distributors/chains, export development and sales growth in markets;
- Key Accounts portfolio management and development of long-term relationships;
- Implementation of annual/quarterly sales plans with assigned customers (targets, assortment, pricing, promo);
- Negotiations on commercial terms: purchase prices, discounts, promotions/promo mechanics, listings, marketing actions;
- Sales forecasts, order planning and coordination of goods movement together with production, logistics, quality and marketing;
- Preparation of commercial offers, presentations, reports; analysis of results and growth solutions;
- Settlement control (together with finances), debt prevention;
- Representation at meetings, events and foreign exhibitions;
- The company's office is located in Vileikiškės village, Širvintos district.
Employee requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in B2B sales/export or working with retail chains/distributors (FMCG/food sector - a big advantage);
- Experience in negotiating commercial terms (pricing, promo, assortment) - an advantage;
- Excellent knowledge of English;
- Analytical thinking and good working skills with Excel and PowerPoint;
- Independence, responsibility, result orientation, good communication and negotiation skills.
