Job description

What can you expect your day to look like?

Manage and develop trusted relationships within a key customer base to achieve sustainable sales growth and customer retention.
Create and implement long-term strategic account plans, including sales and action plans to achieve business objectives.
Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers, including senior and C-level stakeholders, to strengthen partnerships and identify growth opportunities.
Prepare and deliver presentations to customer stakeholders, identify customer needs, and propose value-added solutions.
Act as the main point of contact between key customers and internal teams, ensuring effective collaboration and execution of agreed actions.
Gather customer feedback, monitor account performance, and provide recommendations to enhance customer satisfaction and business results.

What do we expect from you?

Proven track record in international B2B sales, business development, or key account management.
Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all organizational levels, including C-level executives.
Excellent sales, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Strategic mindset with a strong commercial and customer-focused approach.
Passion for challenges and a high achievement orientation.
Excellent English language skills.

Base monthly salary: from €3630 to €4540 (before tax). The specific salary offered will depend on the candidate‘s experience, competencies displayed and suitability to the requirements of the position.
