We are currently looking for an experienced, motivated and result-oriented Key Account & Sales Manager to join our team, who would contribute to strategic work with key customers, sales growth and development of long-term business relationships.

This position includes working with wholesalers, retail chains, e-commerce partners and searching for new business opportunities in the beauty products market.

The job requires the ability to negotiate, analyze sales results, understand customer needs and actively contribute to the growth of brands in the market. We value initiative, a responsible attitude, clear communication and the ability to create long-term value for both customers and the company.

Nature of work

  • Strategic work with key customers: wholesalers, retail chains, e-commerce partners and other business customers.
  • Preparation, implementation and results tracking of sales plans.
  • Creation, maintenance and development of long-term relationships with existing customers.
  • Search for new business opportunities and active sales development.
  • Negotiations on contract terms, pricing, assortment and product placement.
  • Sales analysis, assessment of customer needs and monitoring market trends.
  • Preparation and presentation of commercial offers to customers.
  • Cooperation with marketing, product, logistics and administration teams.
  • Identification and implementation of brand growth opportunities together with the internal team.
  • Performance of other tasks related to sales and customer management.

We hope you:

  • At least 2-3 years of experience in Key Account, B2B sales or similar field; experience in beauty, cosmetics, FMCG or similar industry is an advantage.
  • A great advantage — experience working with large retail and pharmacy chains.
  • Able to negotiate, build and maintain long-term business relationships.
  • Understand sales processes and are able to achieve set goals.
  • Able to analyze sales data, evaluate results and make informed decisions.
  • Have excellent communication, presentation and argumentation skills.
  • You are independent, proactive, responsible and result-oriented.
  • Able to constructively solve everyday situations and work with different customer needs.
  • Know how to work with a computer, use sales analysis or CRM tools — an advantage.
