Your responsibilities:

Ensure smooth and efficient daily operation of the restaurant
Lead, motivate and develop your team
Ensure high standards of service, quality and hygiene
Perform sales, cost and profit analyses and prepare necessary reports
Increase restaurant profitability through effective cost control, optimal workforce planning and implementation of business goals

Previous experience in leading and developing a team
Work experience in the catering or service sector
High sense of responsibility, positive attitude and determination
Results-oriented, ability to plan and set priorities
Very good knowledge of Lithuanian and good knowledge of English
