Your responsibilities:
Ensure smooth and efficient daily operation of the restaurant;
Lead, motivate and develop your team;
Ensure high standards of service, quality and hygiene;
Perform sales, cost and profit analyses and prepare necessary reports;
Increase restaurant profitability through effective cost control, optimal workforce planning and implementation of business goals.

We expect you to have:
Previous experience in leading and developing a team;
Work experience in the catering or service sector;
High sense of responsibility, positive attitude and determination;
Results-oriented, ability to plan and set priorities;
Very good knowledge of Lithuanian and good knowledge of English.
